Alan is seeking a Security Lead to guide a high‑performing team across 10+ countries in a regulated health insurance context. You’ll shape security strategy, governance, and growth of security talent while aligning with business goals.

In this role you’ll own AI security posture, manage ISO 27001 program, and navigate DORA, RGPD, NIS2, HDS across multi‑national operations, building a living program rather than a compliance exercise. English fluency is mandatory; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a security team and growing talent.
• Full ISO 27001 certification or recertification cycle led end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of DORA, RGPD, NIS2, HDS and related health sector regulation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the security team across multiple countries.
• Own the AI security posture and governance frameworks.
• Manage the ISMS program (ISO 27001) and regulatory mapping.
• Align Legal, DPO, Risk, Engineering, and Product on security requirements.
