Job summary

ARHS Group, a part of Accenture, seeks an IT operations professional to ensure system stability and security post-entry into operations. You will handle 2nd-level support, monitor health, and coordinate with DevSecOps for deployments and optimisations.

The role requires strong ITIL, Linux, container orchestration and API/middleware experience, with a focus on change control and knowledge transfer across a multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ITIL-based incident, problem, change, release, event and knowledge management.
• Comfort with Linux/Unix environments and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and config management.
• Experience with API gateways, data transformation and messaging platforms.
• Knowledge of identity and access management solutions and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for incidents, problems and service requests per SLA.
• Maintain system health through monitoring, observability and proactive responses.
• Collaborate with DBAs, architects and operations teams for change control.
• Contribute to change and release management, testing and rollback planning.
• Document runbooks, post-incident reviews and knowledge base articles.
• Support middleware, gateways, data transformation and IAM components.
