Awol Yachts is seeking an IT-minded individual to own day-to-day IT and drive the digital tools we need for the future.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Zoho CRM, APIs, and automation projects while collaborating with management to turn ideas into practical solutions. This is a full-time on-site role based in La Ciotat, France.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and CRM customization.
• Ability to create and maintain integrations using APIs.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day IT support for the team.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Develop and optimize Zoho CRM configurations and integrations.
• Improve CRM to fit Awol Yachts workflows.
• Connect Zoho with other tools via APIs and integrations.
• Automate repetitive tasks to save time.
• Explore and implement AI tools to improve business processes.
• Organize data, systems and digital workflows.
• Collaborate with management to turn ideas into practical solutions.
• Build a tailored digital ecosystem for Awol Yachts.

What will you do?

You’ll be the person our team can rely on for everything IT-related, while also helping us build the digital tools we need for the future.

• – Supporting the team with day-to-day IT and Windows issues
• Managing our Microsoft 365 environment — Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
• Managing and developing Zoho / Zoho CRM
• Improving our CRM so it really fits the way Awol Yachts works
• Connecting Zoho with other tools through APIs and integrations
• Finding ways to automate repetitive tasks and save the team time
• Exploring and implementing AI tools that can genuinely improve our business
• Helping us organise our data, systems and digital workflows
• Working directly with management to understand what we need and turn ideas into practical solutions
• Building a digital ecosystem that is tailored to Awol, rather than simply using whatever is available out of the box

Who are we looking for?

You don’t need to know everything.
What matters to us is that you are curious, proactive and a problem solver.
You might be a recent IT graduate with a strong technical mindset, or someone with a few years of experience who wants more responsibility and freedom.

We’d love you to have experience with:

• Microsoft 365 & Windows
• Zoho / Zoho CRM
• APIs and software integrations
• Automation
• AI tools
• General IT support

And most importantly, you should be the kind of person who sees a problem and thinks:
“There must be a better way to do this.”

English is essential

We work in an international environment, so you need to be comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written.

French or other languages are a plus.
