L’Oréal Beauty Tech IT Application team, part of the IT Finance and Operations Department, is driving the implementation of Manhattan Active WMS solutions for L’Oréal’s distribution centers worldwide. You will connect business needs to technical delivery and ensure end-to-end alignment with core processes across systems including ERP and warehouse ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Design and build solution to fit the business need on Manhattan Active WMS for Distribution Centers.
• Animate workshops with the business, with direct interaction with Key users and IT partners.
• Coordinate demands or projects as part of daily activities.
• Identify integration impacts with end-to-end perspective.
• Propose recommendations and ensure functional specs, testing and delivery of new features.
• Analyze the impact of proposed solutions on domain processes.
• Be part of the run escalation process for problem management.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

• As part of IT Finance and Operations Department at L’Oréal, the Fulfillment Center Sub domain, is acting as solution competency center and dealing with projects or demands related to L'Oreal internal warehouses accross all Geographies.
• The team is here to supply a set of tools solution & softwares integrated around the Manhattan Active WMS solution, that are supporting L'Oreal physical distribution processes and workflows.
• The team is ensuring the integration of all solutions in a End to end perspective, from the SAP ERP to Meccanization solution, (WMS, LMS, CMS, TMS,...)

What a day in the life of the IT Application team looks like ?

Your Missions

• IT Business Analyst : design and build solution to fit the business need, on time and to quality standards. Configure Manhattan Active WMS solution for the Distribution Centers according to the need of the site and in compliance with the Core processes.
• Animate workshops with the business, with direct interaction with to Key users and other IT partners.
• Coordinate demands or projects as part of daily activities.
• Identify integration impacts by looking on topics with an end-to-end vision.
• Propose recommendations and ensure the functional specification, testing and delivery of new solution features to optimize or enhance the core solution.
• Analyze the impact of proposed solutions on domain processes.
• Be part of the run escalation process for problem management.

This may evolve depending on opportunities in the domain.

Your challenges ?

• Manage the delivery of new functionalities according to business team’s prioritization
• Understand the business need and design solutions considering E2E constraints and compliant with Core template and internal control rules
• Demonstrate autonomy in managing topics through several angles: design, build, tests assistance, transition to run and project management and communication
