L'Oréal is seeking an IT Finance EPM Product Owner to own the end-to-end lifecycle of Finance EPM products. You will bridge business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external partners, shaping the roadmap and ensuring continuous enhancements deliver tangible value to Finance teams.
The role requires strong Finance process knowledge, experience with TM1, Anaplan, Onestream, and the ability to manage budgets, governance, and cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced Beauty Tech environment.

The IT Finance department acts as the strategic partner for Finance, Legal, and Compliance & Ethics. We facilitate and collaboratively accompany business transformation by designing high-impact IT solutions at scale, while upholding the Group’s IT standards across architecture, data, and security.
In close collaboration with business partners (Group and Divisional Finance, Supply Chain), the EPM Domain aims to empower our métiers to drive performance through cutting-edge solutions, spanning the entire lifecycle from inception to run operations.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Finance EPM products, acting as the key bridge between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external partners. You will shape and prioritize the roadmap, manage application operations and incidents, oversee budgets and capacity plans, and ensure that continuous enhancements deliver tangible value to Finance teams.
This is a highly collaborative role for someone who combines strong Finance process understanding with product ownership, application management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
