L’Oréal Beauty Tech IT Application team, part of the IT Finance and Operations Department, is driving the implementation of Manhattan Active WMS solutions for L’Oréal’s distribution centers worldwide. You will connect business needs to technical delivery and ensure end-to-end alignment with core processes across systems including ERP and warehouse ecosystems.

You will collaborate with business users and IT peers to design, configure, test and deploy new features, while maintaining strong

Qualifications

Knowledge of Manhattan Active WMS configuration.
Knowledge of functional processes.
Operation/run applications skills.
Analytical problem solving skills.
Project management skills.
Organization and time management skills.
Integration and SAP skills (nice to have).

Responsabilités

Design and build solution to fit the business need on Manhattan Active WMS for Distribution Centers.
Animate workshops with the business, with direct interaction with Key users and IT partners.
Coordinate demands or projects as part of daily activities.
Identify integration impacts with end-to-end perspective.
Propose recommendations and ensure functional specs, testing and delivery of new features.
Analyze the impact of proposed solutions on domain processes.
Be part of the run escalation process for problem management.
