Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end IPMS implementation programs in a software environment. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teams across legal and IT, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.

You will define objectives, KPIs, risk mitigations, and change management plans, communicate status to stakeholders, and oversee training and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven end-to-end implementations in software environments.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead IPMS implementation projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and milestones.
• Define objectives, deliverables, and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project status, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate integration services and cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, IP specialists).
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate end-user training sessions and transition to support.
• Maintain complete, accurate project documentation.
