Questel in France seeks a Solutions Engineering Project Lead to oversee IPMS implementation for international clients. You will manage projects from initiation through post-implementation support, coordinating cross-functional teams including integration services and developers.

The role requires strong communication, client relationship skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical plans.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing complex IPMS projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a second European language (German) is a plus.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders under pressure.
• Understanding software architecture and technical infrastructure.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end management of IPMS implementation projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, communicating status, risks, and adjustments.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction through updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (integration services, software developers, business analysts, IP specialists) to meet goals.
• Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate training sessions for end-users to ensure adoption of IPMS.
• Oversee the transition to support and post-implementation care.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on status and milestones.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and organized for future reference.
