Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end IPMS implementation programs in a software environment. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teams across legal and IT, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.

You will define objectives, KPIs, risk mitigations, and change management plans, communicate status to stakeholders, and oversee training and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven end-to-end implementations in software environments.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end management of Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS) implementation projects within scope, schedule, and budget
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and milestones
• Define objectives, deliverables, and KPIs with stakeholders
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project status, risks, and adjustments
• Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively
• Coordinate integration services, software developers, business analysts, and intellectual property specialists
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Coordinate end-user training sessions
• Oversee transition to support and post-implementation care
• Provide updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Maintain complete, accurate, and organized project documentation

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations in a software or technology environment
• Excellent understanding of project management methods, best practices, and techniques
• Experience with change management processes, especially large-scale organizational transformations
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Asana preferred
• Experience managing Intellectual Property Management Software or similar enterprise software implementations would be a plus
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred
• Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact diplomatically with law firm and corporate personnel at all levels
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of software architecture and technical infrastructure
• Ability to identify problems early, analyze them, and implement effective solutions
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and make decisions under pressure
• Strong client service orientation
• Fluency in English is essential
• Fluency in a second European language would be a strong asset
