Job summary

Eurazeo is seeking an ambitious intern to join the Venture Digital team in Paris and London starting January or March 2027. You will engage in sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring, gaining hands-on exposure to the investment process across AI, infra, software, fintech, and cybersecurity sectors.

The role suits high-potential students pursuing masters, with a solid academic record, strong English, and a genuine interest in tech and markets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a top-ranking business school; engineering backgrounds with corporate finance are considered.

Responsibilities

I. SOURCING
Source/identify and analyze investment opportunities;
Carry out ad‑hoc sectoral research (market analysis, competitive positioning, etc.);

II. DUE DILIGENCE & EXECUTION
Participate in due diligence and deal structures;
Design business plans and financial structures;
Prepare and participate in various committees/meetings and report in writing;

III. PORTOFOLIO
Contribute to the general monitoring of portfolio companies (review and analysis of reports and accounts)

Key Success Factor

• Solid academic record: pursuing a relevant Master’s degree in a top ranking Business School; Also engineering students with academic background in corporate finance will be considered;
• Strong interest in tech
• Strong analytical and modelling skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Self-starter and independent thinker with strong problem solving skills;
• Some understanding of the Private Equity market would be useful;
• Fluency in English mandatory.
