Job summary

Talantir is seeking a CEO Right Hand for a 6-month internship in Paris. You will assist the CEO across investor relations, M&A analysis, data tracking, talent acquisition, and executive operations in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

Ideal candidates bring a first internship in VC/M&A, strong financial analysis skills, and exceptional Excel proficiency. You should be data-driven, autonomous, and capable of leading projects end-to-end while communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

• First internship in VC, M&A or related is highly valued.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with innovation and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in financial analysis, with exceptional Excel and analytical tools.
• Data-driven, able to formulate the right questions and evaluate solutions.
• Ability to lead a project from start to finish and move between topics with impact.
• Previous track-record in a fast-paced environment; high autonomy and willingness to learn daily.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Investor Relations: Create deck, update business plans and build datarooms for upcoming financing rounds; prepare materials and participate in board meetings with investors.
• M&A Analysis: Engage in the whole acquisition process, from sourcing, to valuation, due diligence and closing.
• Data Analysis: Implement and monitor dashboards to track KPIs, analyzing performance to inform strategy.
• Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment for diverse positions – from headhunting to finalizing contracts.
• Executive Operations: Prepare internal meetings, organize corporate events, and manage other critical tasks.
