As part of the UK team, you will provide direct support to Operations in the day-to-day management of our flows. Your main tasks will be:

• Transport support and qualification: helping to put transports online on our platform, verifying information, monitoring assignments.
• Operational monitoring: ensuring that transports run smoothly, reporting anomalies and proposing quick solutions.
• Customer quality & processes: contributing to the monitoring of customer process implementation, analysing discrepancies and participating in continuous improvement.
