Job summary

Hager in Paris seeks a digital customer experience intern for a 6-month internship starting January 2027. You will work under the Digital Applications Engineer and Customer Experience Manager Digital Experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams and markets to shape digital experiences for customers.

Ideal candidates are Master’s students in digital marketing or related fields, fluent in English with optional French, and comfortable with SharePoint, Jira or analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a digital-related field and a 6-month internship commitment.
• Professional English; French is a plus.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365, CMS, digital platforms and web technologies; experience with SharePoint, Jira or analytics tools is a plus.
• Initiative, curiosity, autonomy and ability to collaborate with international teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to explain digital topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support markets in adopting and using digital solutions by preparing user guidance, practical documentation and communication materials.
• Contribute to DEEP Community Wiki articles, training content and release-related documentation.
• Facilitate community meetings, training sessions and demonstrations; follow up on questions from local markets.
• Monitor and improve digital platform adoption by collecting feedback and supporting Jira requests.
• Support KPI collection for the team.
• Assist with product owner activities.

We are looking for our future digital customer experience intern based in Paris for a duration of 6 months starting from January 2027.

Your mission :

Reporting to the Digital Applications Engineer as tutor, and the Customer Experience Manager Digital Experience and Conversion, you will also work closely with the Market Success Enablement Specialist.

• Support markets in adopting and using digital solutions by preparing user guidance, practical documentation and communication materials.
• Contribute to the creation, update and continuous improvement of DEEP Community Wiki articles, training content and release-related documentation.
• Help prepare and facilitate community meetings, training sessions and demonstrations, and follow up questions or support needs raised by local markets.
• Contribute to the monitoring and improvement of digital platform adoption by collecting feedback, identifying recurring needs and supporting the follow-up of actions and Jira requests.
• Support KPIs collection for the team.
• Support product owner activities

You will be part of the Digital Customer Experience team, a cross-functional team working with product owners, UX specialists, digital experts and local markets. Together, the team designs, deploys and continuously improves digital experiences that create value for customers and support market success.

Your profile :

Currently studying for a Master’s Degree in digital marketing, communication, information management, web project management or a related field, you are looking for an internship of 6 months.

• You are proficient in English in a professional environment. French is an additional asset.
• You are comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools and have an interest in content management systems, digital platforms and web technologies. Previous experience with SharePoint, Jira or analytics tools (GA4, contentsquare) would be an advantage.
• You demonstrate initiative, curiosity and autonomy, and you enjoy collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
• Your organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to explain digital topics in a simple and practical way will be your best assets to succeed in your mission.

• Internship compensation based on your level of education: from €1100 to €1400 gross/month (Bachelor’s to Master’s Degree).
