Moët Hennessy, leader des vins, champagnes et spiritueux, propose un stage en Contrôle RH et Financier au siège à Paris.

Vous participerez au pilotage budgétaire, analyses des coûts et reporting social, avec une implication sur les rapports individuels MH SAS et le respect des règles sociales françaises.

Encadré par une équipe expérimentée, ce stage de 6 mois permet de développer vos compétences en outils informatiques et en relationnel avec les managers.

Qualifications

• Master en RH ou contrôle financier et stage pertinent.
• Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et outils bureautiques.
• Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et confidentialité.

Responsabilités

• Contrôle RH – périmètre corporate et analyse budgétaire.
• Participer au processus budgétaire et analyses des tendances.
• Suivre les coûts de personnel et la masse salariale mensuellement.
• Préparer des rapports de paie et d'effectifs pour décision.
• Contribuer à des projets et analyses ad hoc au besoin.
• Réaliser les rapports sociaux annuels MH SAS et assurer leur conformité.
• Assurer communication claire et confidentielle avec les employés.

Job Responsibilities

• HR Controlling - Corporate scope
• Participate in Budgetary Processes by assisting in setting budget forecasts by conducting thorough quantitative analyses on past and current trends.
• Monitor actual HC and Staff costs against allocated budgets on a monthly basis.
• Promptly identify any significant variances and understand their reasons to take or suggest corrective actions.
• Regularly prepare accurate reports on payroll mass, HC, etc., to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Perform various ad hoc analyses as required by the HR department or management
• Proactive participation in various projects
• Individual Social Reports– MH SAS scope: Develop and update individual social reports annually in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Ensure clear and confidential communication when delivering these reports to concerned employees.

Profile

Education and Professional Experience: Holder of a master’s degree in human resources or financial Controlling with proven successful internship or apprenticeship experience.

Qualifications

• You are meticulous and conscientious, known for your adaptability and commitment.
• You have a service-oriented mindset and team spirit, with an ability to communicate not only with your team but also with company managers or team members.
• You are discreet with a sense of confidentiality.
• Strong affinity for information systems, with a demonstrated appetite to navigate, leverage, and optimize digital tools and query platforms.
• You have a good understanding of social legislation and payroll rules.You speak a professional English.
• You have very good command of office tools especially Excel.
