Moët Hennessy within the LVMH Group is seeking an HR Controlling professional for corporate scope. You will contribute to budget processes, monitor payroll and headcount costs, and deliver confidential social reports while driving ad hoc analyses and projects.

Ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in HR or financial Controlling, demonstrates discretion, English proficiency, and strong Excel skills to navigate complex data and systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human resources or financial Controlling with internship or apprenticeship.
• Meticulous, adaptable and service‑oriented with teamwork.
• Discreet with a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Strong information systems skills and ability to leverage digital tools.
• Good understanding of social legislation and payroll rules.
• Professional English language is required.
• Excellent command of Office tools, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Participate in Budgetary Processes and forecasting by analyzing past and current trends.
• Monitor headcount and staff costs against budgets monthly.
• Identify variances and understand causes to suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare payroll mass reports and other HR data for strategic decisions.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as needed by HR or management.
• Proactively participate in various projects.
• Develop and update individual social reports for MH SAS per legislation.
• Ensure clear and confidential delivery of reports to employees.

Job responsibilities

• HR Controlling - Corporate scope
• Participate in Budgetary Processes by assisting in setting budget forecasts by conducting thorough quantitative analyses on past and current trends.
• Monitor actual HC and Staff costs against allocated budgets on a monthly basis.
• Promptly identify any significant variances and understand their reasons to take or suggest corrective actions.
• Regularly prepare accurate reports on payroll mass, HC, etc., to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Perform various ad hoc analyses as required by the HR department or management
• Proactive participation in various projects
• Individual Social Reports– MH SAS scope: Develop and update individual social reports annually in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Ensure clear and confidential communication when delivering these reports to concerned employees.

Profile

Education and Professional Experience: Holder of a master’s degree in human resources or financial Controlling with proven successful internship or apprenticeship experience.

• You are discreet with a sense of confidentiality.

• You have very good command of office tools especially Excel.
