CMA CGM is offering a 6-month internship in Marseille, France, within the Group's Cybersecurity Department. You will manage the rollout of an operational dashboard, consolidate data from multiple teams, and coordinate budgets and procurement.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, international exposure, and AI-aware security practices. The successful candidate is pursuing a Master's degree, with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel, plus familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School, in project management or equivalent.
• Strong ability to structure schedules, track budgets and coordinate multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Advanced Excel skills are required; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the rollout of the operational dashboard across the Group's entities, structuring the schedule, milestones and budget.
• Consolidate data from several teams and tools to feed a single, reliable dashboard for management.
• Participate in budget tracking and procurement for deployed tools.
• Identify improvements for existing management tools and formalize functional specs with development teams (no coding).
• Help define operational KPIs translating cyber activity into management-ready figures.
• Monitor AI trends and adapt tools accordingly while ensuring cybersecurity vigilance.
• Collaborate with teams in the Philippines, Quebec, and India to ensure rollout consistency across the Group.

YOUR ROLE

Within the Group's Cybersecurity Department, you will join the cyber operations office, a team responsible for governance, control and continuous improvement of the cyber activity. You will take ownership of the Group-wide rollout and industrialization of an operational cyber dashboard already underway, running the project end to end: data and resource consolidation, stakeholder coordination, budget, procurement and planning. As part of your studies, you are looking for a 6-month internship starting February 2027.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Project management: you will own the rollout of the operational dashboard across the Group's various entities, structuring the schedule, milestones and budget.
• Data and resource consolidation: you will bring together and ensure the reliability of data from several teams and tools to feed a single dashboard useful to management.
• Procurement & budget coordination: you will take part in tracking the project budget and managing procurement for the tools deployed.
• Continuous tool improvement: you will identify improvement areas for existing management tools and formalize the functional specifications, working with development teams (without coding yourself).
• Building KPIs: you will help define operational indicators that translate cyber activity into figures, consistent with the KPIs expected by the Group and the other teams working on this topic.
• AI watch and challenges: you will factor in the rise of AI across the Group's tools - a source of agility, but also of heightened vigilance on the cybersecurity side.
• International exposure: you will collaborate with teams based in the Philippines, Quebec and India to ensure consistency of the rollout across the Group.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Education: you are pursuing a Master's degree from a Business School, in project management or equivalent, with a strong interest in operational steering.
• Project management: you can structure a schedule, track a budget and coordinate multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional, international environment.
• Analytical skills: you are comfortable processing and consolidating data; advanced Excel required, Power BI/Tableau a plus.
• Profile sought: no development skills required - you know how to formalize a clear functional need to work effectively with technical teams.
• Languages: you are comfortable in English (French is a plus).
• Personal qualities: organized, rigorous and personable, you know how to bring different stakeholders together around a shared goal.
