Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris is seeking a Junior Project Manager intern for a six-month period beginning in October 2026. You will join the Projects, Expertise, and Solutions team to help frame departmental projects and coordinate action plans.

Under the supervision of your tutor, you will define actions, manage progress, lead meetings, and optimize processes and tools in an international, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bac+4/5 student, business or engineering, with PM specialization.
• Strong knowledge of project management; familiar with PM methodologies and tools.
• Fluent in English; excellent listening and stakeholder management skills.

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining the Projects, Expertise, and Solutions team looking for a Project Manager John, for a 6-month internship from October 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Help the PMs in place to frame departmental projects


• Help define action plans


• Coordinate and manage the progress of action plans


• Lead meetings and formalize exchanges


• Help optimize the team’s processes and tools

As a Junior Project Manager, you participate in the development and management of an IT activity in full transformation.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Bac+4/5 student, you are preparing a university degree, from business school or engineering school, with a specialization in project management.

You have strong knowledge in project management. You are familiar with one or more project management methodologies, the use of project management tools and office software packages (PowerPoint, Excel), and AI assistance tools.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen. You are able to address different types of stakeholders (business, IT, etc.), autonomous once trained and a force for proposal.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
