Position and Responsibilities

Join the Business Management & Transversal Project team within the Global Banking Client & Risk IT department, which is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO)/Business Manager intern for a 1-year placement starting in September 2025.

This team manages Business Management activities for IT dedicated to Trade Finance & Cash Management, Financing, Client, and Credit Risk for CIB clients and BPCE banks. As an Assistant PMO, you will develop skills in Business Management IT and related tools (Power BI, Low-Code).

Under the guidance of your supervisor, your main tasks will include:

• Facilitating communication within our IT department:
• Enhancing the intranet site (SharePoint) and managing its content, including news, documentation, upcoming events, and key dates;
• Supporting the organization of DSI events (Town Halls, Seminars, Workshops);
• Implementing best practices within the DSI teams;
• Assisting in collecting and drafting DSI processes;
• Standardizing DSI reporting tools (budget, HR, governance reports) using No-Code/Low-Code tools;
• Maintaining existing and in-progress tools related to DSI processes (incident & problem management, change management);
• Contributing to building a resilient and innovative IT environment aligned with client needs and sustainable practices.

Required Profile and Skills

Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in university or engineering school with modules related to project lifecycle management.

You should have good knowledge of large-scale projects, investigation, testing, and validation activities. Analytical skills and the ability to synthesize and abstract are essential.

You are proactive in project management, business management activities, and capable of working independently and taking initiative.

Fluency in English is required.
