Job summary

Natixis Investment Managers seeks a Sustainable development intern for a 6-month internship starting in November 2026 in Paris. You will contribute to the Global Sustainability Office, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and monitor ESG trends while preparing concise presentations.

You will support sustainability reporting, interact with affiliates and the Natixis SA/BPCE groups, and gain experience in an international environment with a strong emphasis on impact.

Qualifications

• BAC+4/5 student in asset management, finance, economics, sustainability or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and French.
• First internship or work-study in sustainability preferred.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to activities and projects in Natixis Investment Managers' Global Sustainability Office.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Monitor developments in sustainable finance, regulatory changes and ESG trends.
• Prepare presentations and materials (PowerPoint) with clear communication of information.

Job Description

You are joining the Sustainability team, which is looking for a Sustainable development intern, for an internship of 6 months from November 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Contribute to the activities and projects of Natixis Investment Managers' Global Sustainability Office, in close interaction with affiliated management companies, on various topics such as transition, nature, shareholder engagement,...
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales teams, compliance, legal, finance, etc.) and external partners (data providers, consulting firms, sector initiatives).
• Monitor the latest developments in sustainable finance, regulatory changes and emerging ESG trends.
• Participate in the preparation of presentations and materials (PowerPoint), ensuring clear, concise, and rigorous communication of information.
• Contribute to sustainability reporting and publication, in close collaboration with affiliates as well as with Natixis SA and BPCE.
• Monitor and consolidate affiliates' ESG initiatives (policies, products, methodological frameworks, etc.).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC+4/5 student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in asset management, finance, economics, sustainability or an equivalent field.
You ideally have a first experience (internship or work‑study) in sustainability within a consulting firm, a management company or a financial institution.
You are fluent in both spoken and written English and French.
You have excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in parallel.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, and are open‑minded and flexible.
You have a strong team spirit and a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
