Job Description

You are joining the Custom-Mandated Management team.from the AWM division, which is looking for an intern Management Under Mandate, for an internship6 monthsfrom end of December 2026.

Customized Management is a dedicated management team (8 managers / €2.5 billion in assets distributed among the managers and in a limited number of portfolios to ensure better client follow-up). It is intended for clients who either have specific management requirements or wish to have access to their manager.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Preparation of management reports for clients, including the qualitative enrichment of data on UCITS or securities in the portfolio;
• Monitoring and development of an Access database, followed by data manipulation to prepare summary documents for quarterly portfolio reviews between bankers and managers;
• Responsible for monitoring target portfolios (composition, arbitration, performance monitoring): development, monitoring, and updating of internal management support tools (performance contribution and attribution);
• Responsible for monitoring the treasury of mandates.
