Natixis invites you to join the Investments & Market Solutions team as a Trainee Assistant Manager Consultant for a 6-month internship beginning January 2027, in Paris. You will develop multi-asset investment proposals and monitor client portfolios under the supervision of a tutor.

The role emphasizes rigor, curiosity, and proactivity with strong Excel/Bloomberg/VBA usage. An inclusive, impactful experience with opportunities to contribute to internal tools is offered.

Qualifications

• Student in Bac+4/5 in Economics/Finance, business school, engineering or leading university.
• First experience in investment banking or asset management is desirable.
• Rigor, curiosity, sense of responsibility and proactivity are valued.
• Strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and VBA for Excel for automation and data processing.
• Fluent in English.

Job Description

You are joining our team of Investments & Market Solutions at NWM, who is looking for a Trainee Assistant Manager Consultant for an internship of 6 months from January 2027.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Development of multi-asset investment proposals: Equities, Bonds, Alternatives and Structured Products;
• Monitoring and updating client portfolios;
• Conducting research and comments on the different asset classes;
• Monitoring of structured products (payment of coupons, early repayments);
• Contribution to the automation and optimization of internal tools (reports, dashboards, risk monitoring) via Excel and VBA.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student in Bac +4/5 in Economics/Finance, business school, engineering or leading university.

• You are recognized for your ability to develop a first experience in investment banking or asset management;
• You are recognized for your rigor, curiosity, sense of responsibility and proactivity;
• You have a very good command of the Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with an appetency marked for advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros);
• You know how to use Bloomberg and VBA for Excel (task automation, data extraction and processing, report formatting).
• And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
