NOVAE, part of the NOVAKAMP group, seeks an International IT & Telecommunications Recruiter to lead full recruitment lifecycle for defence and EU/NATO environments. You will gather needs, source profiles, conduct interviews, and build international talent pools.

Based in France (Paris) or Luxembourg, you will enjoy hybrid or remote options, work with a dedicated international team, and influence critical placements with a competitive package including a variable component.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting IT profiles in Defence & Space or EU/NATO environment.
• Autonomous and creative in managing recruitment assignments.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

As a trusted Human Capital Partner for major international defense projects, we specialize in mission-critical roles where continuity of service is essential to operational success. In the context of a large-scale international project conducted with NATO, we are seeking an International IT & Telecommunications Recruiter to strengthen our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

In close coordination with project managers and stakeholders, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing recruitment needs, and defining position requirements
• Sourcing relevant profiles through specialized job boards and recruitment channels
• Proactively identifying, approaching, and pre-selecting candidates aligned with client requirements
• Conducting qualification interviews via telephone and video
• Supporting and advising candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Monitoring candidates from initial identification through contract signature
• Building, structuring, and maintaining a robust international talent pool to meet current and future client needs
• Developing long-term relationships with potential candidates to sustain a qualified talent network
• Engaging with both active and passive candidates regarding new opportunities
• Preparing and formatting CVs and supporting documentation for client submissions
• Ensuring accurate tracking of candidates and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Reporting on recruitment activities through internal monitoring tools
• Remaining informed of recruitment market trends and best practices, particularly within IT and telecommunications

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in recruiting and sourcing IT profiles within the Defence & Space or EU/NATO environment
• Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating initiative and creativity in managing recruitment assignments
• Fluency in English; an additional European language is considered an asset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
• Dynamic mindset, with a strong motivation for challenges and results
• High level of commitment, rigor, and a collaborative team spirit
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in phone-based interactions
• Solid familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
