NOVAE, part of the NOVAKAMP group, seeks an International IT & Telecommunications Recruiter to lead full recruitment lifecycle for defence and EU/NATO environments. You will gather needs, source profiles, conduct interviews, and build international talent pools.

Based in France (Paris) or Luxembourg, you will enjoy hybrid or remote options, work with a dedicated international team, and influence critical placements with a competitive package including a variable component.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting IT profiles in Defence & Space or EU/NATO environment.
• Autonomous and creative in managing recruitment assignments.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze and formalize recruitment needs and position requirements.
• Source profiles via job boards and channels; engage active and passive candidates.
• Conduct qualification interviews by phone/video and pre-screen.
• Advise candidates throughout the recruitment process and manage timelines.
• Maintain robust international talent pool for current and future needs.
• Track recruitment activities using ATS and report on progress.
