Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in market access / reimbursement / HEOR.
• Proven experience leading reimbursement/HTA submissions across multiple countries.
• Track record of leading cross-functional, matrixed teams and aligning stakeholders around access priorities.
• Experience supporting KOLs and senior commercial leaders in payer, procurement and hospital engagements.
• Experience contributing to commercial strategy or business development initiatives in international medical device markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead international market access strategy across multiple markets and regulatory environments.
• Shape pricing, contracting, and reimbursement models with regional and country teams.
• Identify and size new market entry opportunities and translate access insights into expansion plans.
• Oversee submissions, HTA evaluations, and value dossiers to support access.
• Lead discussions with payers and decision makers and support senior leaders in external engagements.
