Job summary

BridgeBio Inc. is seeking a seasoned HEOR and Market Access professional to lead evidence generation, economic modeling, and strategic communication for France and the EU West region.

You will build value propositions, coordinate with Medical Affairs and Commercial, and drive access strategy across multiple markets. You will manage study design, vendor coordination, and regulatory engagements, ensuring alignment with pricing and dossier submissions while expanding activities to other EU West

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in HEOR, real-world evidence (RWE), or market access within industry, biotech, or specialized consulting.
• Direct, hands-on experience completing French market access dossiers.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead HEOR and RWE workstreams to support regional access strategies.
• Manage study design, execution, and quality for France and other EU West markets.
• Develop economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact) for France and beyond.
• Contribute to pricing strategy and health technology assessments.
• Engage with networks and stakeholders in the French rare disease ecosystem.
• Define and oversee the regional HEOR and Market Access budget and vendor panel.
