Job summary

Barrington James is seeking a Market Access Consultant to support pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech clients across Europe from our Paris office. The role focuses on pricing, reimbursement, value strategy and health economics, offering a fast-track path for ambitious professionals looking to accelerate their careers.

You will work on market access development, payer landscape assessments, value dossiers and strategic HTA submissions, with significant client interaction from day one in a

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in market access, HEOR or healthcare consulting.
• Understanding of European pricing and reimbursement systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint and client-facing communication abilities.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health or related discipline.
