Qualifications

Ten years of pharmaceutical experience, including eight in market access.
Regional European pricing, reimbursement, HTA, and negotiation expertise.
Experience developing and adapting regional/national economic submissions.

Responsabilités

Lead European market access strategies aligned with global objectives.
Monitor payer trends, healthcare policies, and reimbursement frameworks across Europe.
Represent Europe in global access strategy discussions and shape future approaches.
Adapt access tools and payer value propositions for regional use.
Support Health Technology Assessment dossiers, mock negotiations, and payer engagements.
Build relationships with payers, policymakers, and patient advocacy groups.
Align evidence generation and health economics outcomes research with payer requirements.
Collaborate across functions with an agile, proactive mindset.
