Work with Island in Paris seeks an International Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day order management, stock, and transport operations. You will be the operational engine for the French market and support international sales during growth and team transition.
Reporting to the Ops Manager, you will collaborate with logistics coordinators and installation teams, ensuring multi-currency invoicing and data integrity between HubSpot and Keel.
At Work with Island, we design spaces where people love to work. Behind the scenes, our Operations team is the backbone of this mission. Driven by business scaling and new market expansion alongside our ongoing growth, we are looking for an adaptable, detail-oriented International Logistics Coordinator to join our team starting September 2026.
Based in Paris, you will be a key pillar in maintaining operational excellence and business continuity. Working alongside Mélanie and Tou-Zeu (Logistics Coordinators), your primary focus will be mastering our domestic (French) logistics while providing vital support for our international operations during a period of strong growth and team transition.
Reporting directly to Louis (Ops Manager), your main mission is to execute day‑to‑day order management, stock, and transport operations with precision. You will act as the operational engine for our domestic market while serving as a reliable backup and support on international sales.
Order Fulfillment: Own the end‑to‑end processing of B2B orders. You convert signed contracts into operational purchase orders without dropping a single detail.
Logistics & Last‑Mile Coordination: Orchestrate domestic shipping routes, manage local inventory, coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders, handle export/customs procedures, and sync with local installation teams. While your core focus is on France, you will support international deliveries and back up the international team as needed.
After‑Sales Service & Support (SAV): Act as a main point of contact for post‑delivery inquiries. Efficiently manage customer support tickets, resolve product or installation incidents, and coordinate spare parts or returns to guarantee a premium customer experience.
Client Support & Quality Assurance: Serve as a key contact for tracking and delivery updates. Solve transit hiccups proactively and keep client satisfaction high across all logistics channels.
Financial & Administrative Rigor: Manage multi‑currency invoicing, monitor payment completions, and resolve supplier or billing disputes with precision.
Data & Process Optimization: Keep our digital ecosystem clean and efficient by mastering the data flow between HubSpot (CRM) and Keel (ERP).
