• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (minimum Bac+3 equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Prior experience with an ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
• Comfortable with French accounting principles and working with numerical data.
• Meticulous with strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Organized and accustomed to prioritizing tasks.
• Full professional proficiency in English and French (minimum C1 level for both languages).

Responsabilités

• Calculate and record payroll journal entries and provisions for employee‑related expenses.
• Reconcile social liabilities accounts and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the payroll team and external firms.
• Perform regular balance sheet reviews, substantiate balance sheet accounts, and improve processes.
• Reconcile and match all types of accounts (general ledger, A/P, intercompany, etc.).
• Prepare tax filings independently and/or in coordination with local advisors.
• Serve as the point of contact and prepare documentation required by external auditors.
