Jobtailor is seeking an experienced accountant to join its European Shared Service Centre in Lyon. You will manage end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting and tax activities for clinics across France and Europe, working closely with finance teams, external advisors and auditors.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, 3+ years SSC experience, strong GL, Oracle ERP (Cloud preferred) and advanced Excel skills, with fluent French and good English.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience in SSC/large matrix or audit.
• Strong GL accounting with month-end and year-end close.
• Experience using Oracle ERP, ideally Oracle Cloud.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent French language skills are essential.
• English language skills desirable.
• Experience with French and/or US GAAP advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support veterinary clinics across France and wider Europe via the SSC.
• Own end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting and tax activities.
• Collaborate with clinic managers, finance teams, external advisers and auditors.
• Support market finance teams, clinic operations and accounting providers.
• Ensure compliant and accurate financial reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the finance team.
