Edenred is offering a Growth Strategy Intern position in France. You will support the Revenue Engine team to drive organic growth across business units.

You're expected to model data, build dashboards in Excel, and prepare insights to accelerate sales performance. Fluent in French and English, you will work in a fast-paced, international environment with mentors and hands-on projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac +5) from a top business school or university, looking for a gap-year or final-year internship.
• A first successful internship experience in consulting, finance, sales, or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus

Responsabilités

• Consolidate and challenge KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare Excel models, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations to help business units scale their sales campaigns.
• Conduct benchmarks and collect best practices from Edenred business units and external research.
• Build action plans to accelerate BU growth and share Edenred expertise

YOUR MISSION

Within the Employee Benefits & Engagement Business Line, the Revenue Engine team is in charge of supporting Business Units to reach their full potential on organic growth levers.

The Growth Strategy Intern will support the team on 3 main areas:

• Perform Business Intelligence Strategic Analysis
  • Consolidate and challenge key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare Excel models, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations to help business units scale their sales campaigns
  • Conduct benchmarks
• Identify Levers to Increase Sales Performance
  • Collect best practices from Edenred Business Units and external research
  • Analyze data and provide valuable insights to business units
  • Build action plans to help BUs accelerate their growth
• Reinforce & Share Edenred Expertise on Sales & Marketing
  • Create content to structure and synthesize Edenred expertise (Excel dashboards, playbooks, workshops)
  • Interact with Edenred Business Units (Teams, calls, workshops) to share Edenred expertise

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

Master's degree (Bac +5) from a top business school or university, looking for a gap-year or final-year internship. A first successful internship experience in consulting, finance, sales, or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus
