Qonto is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead end-to-end audit missions across our European operations, including coordination with internal teams and external firms. You will focus on risk-based audits aligned with the organization’s licensing efforts.

The role requires banking/audit expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously in Paris or Milan, contributing to our third line of defense and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Internal audit expertise in banking or payments.
• Ability to lead audit missions end-to-end.
• Strong communication to stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English and French; willing to be based in Paris or Milan.

Responsabilités

• Lead audit missions end-to-end across processes and risks in Europe.
• Coordinate internal and external auditors as needed.
• Drive follow-up on audit recommendations and monitor progress.
• Support annual risk assessment for a multi-year audit plan.
