Qonto is seeking a Regulatory Affairs & Project Manager to drive regulatory initiatives across Europe. You will manage strategic regulatory projects, build trusted relationships with banking supervisors, and maintain an actionable governance framework.

You report to the Head of Regulatory and join a growing team within Risk & Compliance. Professional French is required for external interactions, and you will operate in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Regulatory Affairs or Compliance in a bank, consulting firm or regulated fintech.
• Experience with banking supervisors or strategic regulatory assignments.
• Professional French is required for external interactions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate strategic regulatory projects from scoping to delivery.
• Strengthen supervisory relationships with ACPR and branch supervisors.
• Translate requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Represent Qonto with external supervisors and stakeholders.
