Qonto invites an Internal Audit Manager to join our Paris/Milan based team as we scale toward one million SMEs across Europe.

You'll lead audit missions end-to-end, coordinate internal and external auditors, and drive timely follow-up on recommendations while contributing to risk-based planning under the IIA standards. Fluency in English and French is required, with based in Paris or Milan.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in internal audit within banking or payment institutions.
• Experience leading audit missions end-to-end.
• CIA certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage external providers.
• Strong communication to senior management and governance bodies.

Responsabilités

• Lead audit missions end-to-end across processes and risks in Europe.
• Coordinate internal auditors and external firms as needed.
• Drive timely follow-up of audit recommendations.
• Contribute to the annual risk assessment and multi-year audit plan.
