Job summary

IFF Body Care is seeking a 6-month trainee for the Body Care Marketing Team in Neuilly-sur-Seine, onsite. The role focuses on market intelligence, trend tracking, and supporting marketing solutions for customer projects.

You will collaborate with perfumers, evaluators, and cross-functional teams, organize smelling sessions, and help prepare marketing materials and presentations. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree from a Perfumery School, Business School, Marketing program, or equivalent (BAC+4 / BAC+5)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Dynamic, responsive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Creative while maintaining a pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

• Support stock management and product labeling activities
