Job summary

IFF Body Care is seeking a trainee for a 6-month on-site internship in Neuilly-sur-Seine, starting January 2027. You will work with the Body Care Marketing Team to support market intelligence, track product launches, and translate consumer insights into marketing solutions.

You will collaborate with perfumers, evaluators, and cross-functional teams, prepare marketing materials, organize smelling sessions, and assist with stock management and labeling.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree from a Perfumery School, Business School, Marketing program, or equivalent (BAC+4 / BAC+5)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Dynamic, responsive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Creative while maintaining a pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Fluent English (written and oral) and French language skills are required
