25hours Hotel Terminus Nord in Paris is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the building’s technical systems running smoothly and safely.

You will repair equipment, coordinate upkeep of electrical, heating, and plumbing systems, and collaborate with the Technical Manager to ensure a secure workplace for staff. The role blends hands-on technical work with guest-oriented service in a multicultural hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Technical training completed with diverse professional experience.
• Certifications such as CACES, electrical qualifications, and other relevant technical certifications.
• Enjoy interacting with guests and working behind the scenes.
• Able to work independently with interest in electrical systems and plumbing.
• Personality, service, discretion and attention to detail come naturally.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all building equipment is in perfect working order and perform quick repairs as needed.
• Coordinate upkeep and maintenance of all technical systems to ensure quality of the property.
• Collaborate with Technical Manager to maintain a safe working environment for staff.
• Keep a clear overview as a skilled technician, even during simultaneous heating and Wi‑Fi issues.
