Camino Search is currently working with a leading technology platform backed by a private equity fund, seeking an experienced Finance Director to join the company on an interim basis for a period of 6 months. You will take charge of all consolidated financial reporting and professionalise the company's reporting processes across international entities.

Beyond reporting, you will support the CFO in improving controls and processes, as well as optimising the use of a new ERP system, while managing

Qualifications

• Qualified chartered accountant with practice experience preferred.
• Strong consolidation and multi-entity reporting experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline-driven.
• Experience with ERP systems and upgrade projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated accounts.
• Ensure statutory reporting and GAAP compliance.
• Improve reporting processes, systems and controls.
• Oversee treasury function and cash management.
• Oversee financial governance across the group and balance sheet reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management on analysis and commentary.
• Support finance function transformation initiatives and audits.
