Camino Search is currently working with a leading technology platform backed by a private equity fund, seeking an experienced Finance Director to join the company on an interim basis for a period of 6 months. You will take charge of all consolidated financial reporting and professionalise the company's reporting processes across international entities.

Camino Search is currently working with a leading technology platform, backed by a private equity fund, seeking an experienced Finance Director to join the company on an interim basis for a period of 6 months.

In this role, you will take charge of all consolidated financial reporting and professionalise the company's reporting processes. This is a key leadership position, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and relevant financial information that supports strategic decision-making at group level, spanning multiple international entities.

Beyond the reporting responsibility, you will support the Group Chief Financial Officer in improving controls and processes, as well as optimising the use of a new ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated accounts
• Take responsibility for statutory reporting, ensuring full compliance with local accounting standards (GAAP)
• Drive the continuous improvement of reporting processes, systems and controls
• Oversee the treasury function and cash management
• Oversee financial governance across the group and balance sheet reporting
• Collaborate with senior management to provide high-quality analysis and commentary
• Support key finance function transformation initiatives
• Manage relationships with external auditors and key financial stakeholders

Your profile

• Qualified chartered accountant, practice experience preferred
• Strong background in technical accounting and consolidation
• Proven track record in group reporting within a multi-entity environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
