Camino Search is seeking an experienced Finance Director for an interim 6‑month assignment with a leading technology platform backed by private equity. The role emphasizes financial reporting, group consolidation, and the leadership of a finance transformation across international entities.

You will support the CFO in strengthening controls and optimizing group-wide financial operations, delivering timely and accurate information to guide strategic decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated accounts
• Take responsibility for statutory reporting, ensuring full compliance with local accounting standards / IFRS
• Drive the improvement of reporting processes, systems and controls
• Oversee the treasury function and cash management of the business
• Oversee financial governance across the group and balance sheet reporting
• Collaborate with senior management to provide high-quality analysis and commentary
• Lead finance function transformation initiatives - financial reporting, centralising finance and consolidation processes
• Manage relationships with external auditors and key financial stakeholders

Camino Search is currently working with a leading technology platform, backed by a private equity fund, seeking an experienced Finance Director to join the company on an interim basis for a period of 6 months.

In this role, you will lead with a finance transformation lens, with a focus on financial reporting and professionalising the group reporting for the business. This is a leadership position, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and relevant financial information that supports strategic decision-making at group level, spanning multiple international entities.

Beyond the reporting responsibility, you will support the Group Chief Financial Officer in improving controls and processes, as well as optimising the broader financial operations of the business.
