Camino Search collaborates with a PE-backed, mid-market firm at a pivotal growth phase in Paris. This role will strategically partner the CEO and lead automation and transformation across reporting, controlling and FP&A processes.

You will drive professionalisation, oversee forecasting and budgets, and coordinate with investors, banks and auditors to support strategic decisions with robust financial insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, reporting and controls is essential.
• Strong ability to partner with C-suite and influence strategic decisions.

Camino Search are working with a PE backed, mid-market firm. The business has gone through rapid scaling & internationalisation, and is now at an inflexion point to drive professionalisation to reporting, controlling and FP&A.

This role will involve strategically partnering the CEO, while drive automation and transformation to the businesses processes and systems.
