Camino Search is currently assisting a leading technology platform to recruit an experienced Head of Accounting for a 6-month interim assignment in Paris. You will oversee all consolidated financial reporting and professionalise reporting processes at group level, spanning multiple international entities.

In addition to reporting, you will support the Group Finance Director in improving controls and processes, and optimise the use of a new ERP system.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with practice experience preferred.
• Strong consolidation and technical accounting knowledge.
• Proven track record in group reporting across multi-entity groups.
• Ability to lead a senior finance team under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

Camino Search is currently working with a leading technology platform, backed by a private equity fund, seeking an experienced Head of Accounting to join the company on an interim basis for a period of 6 months.

In this role, you will take charge of all consolidated financial reporting and professionalise the company's reporting processes. This is a key leadership position, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and relevant financial information that supports strategic decision-making at group level, spanning multiple international entities.

Beyond the reporting responsibility, you will support the Group Finance Director in improving controls and processes, as well as optimising the use of a new ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated accounts
• Take responsibility for statutory reporting, ensuring full compliance with local accounting standards (GAAP)
• Drive the continuous improvement of reporting processes, systems and controls
• Oversee the treasury function and cash management
• Oversee financial governance across the group and balance sheet reporting
• Collaborate with senior management to provide high-quality analysis and commentary
• Support key finance function transformation initiatives
• Manage relationships with external auditors and key financial stakeholders

Your profile

• Qualified chartered accountant, practice experience preferred
• Strong background in technical accounting and consolidation
• Proven track record in group reporting within a multi-entity environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
