Lines Manufacturing is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer in Strasbourg to join our technical team. You will contribute to new product development, procure components, and define assembly procedures for process-related systems.

You’ll also drive improvements and supervise assembly to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design, strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Creo), and a collaborative mindset to work with R&D and workshop teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in machine tools or relevant industrial machinery environments.
• Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or PTC Creo.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with corrective and preventive actions.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and effective communication.

Responsabilités

• Actively contributing to new product development, in collaboration with the R&D team.
• Sourcing and managing the procurement of mechanical components and machine systems.
• Defining and implementing machine assembly procedures, in coordination with the workshop teams.
• Mechanical design of new innovative systems for process-related applications.
• Supervising machine assembly, ensuring technical and functional compliance.
• Driving continuous improvement of existing machines, proposing practical improvements.
