Lines Manufacturing in Strasbourg is seeking a Senior Mechanical Fitter to join our technical team. You will lead assembly, installation, and maintenance of sophisticated mechanical systems on high‑yield machinery.

The role requires at least 5 years of hands‑on experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a proven ability to lead and mentor others while prioritizing safety and quality. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with opportunities to work across cross‑functional projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Strong mechanical aptitude with fitting and assembly expertise across complex systems.
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
Proven leadership to mentor junior fitters and lead by example in safety and quality.
Excellent attention to detail and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

Lead assembly, installation, and maintenance of complex mechanical systems on high‑performance machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues; implement improvements to boost efficiency.
Own mechanical fitting projects from start to finish; manage timelines and quality standards.
