Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to drive datacenter projects in a collaborative cross-team environment. You will own infrastructure decisions, serve as SME for existing solutions and new development efforts, and ensure smooth deployment and ongoing support.

The role requires deep Windows Server and VMware proficiency, strong Linux experience, and broad knowledge of networking, security tooling, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• BTS / DUT in Information Technology, specializing in systems, networks, infrastructure, or security.
• At least 7 years of experience in datacenter and virtualization.
• Mandatory proficiency in Windows Server.
• Experience with Linux.
• Advanced expertise in VMware.
• Knowledge of OpenStack is a plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Apache, Nginx, IIS, and Tomcat.
• Knowledge of load balancing, firewalls, WAFs, and antivirus solutions.
• Knowledge of configuration management and monitoring tools, such as Puppet and Zabbix.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to manage complex situations.
• Organized and proactive approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
