Lukos seeks an Information Operations Specialist to support MARCENT at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. You will provide information operation support across servers, workstations and networks, and deliver expert helpdesk services for classified and unclassified data.

The role requires DoD IAT Level 1+ or SEC+ with Cisco Voice/Video certs, MS OS certification, and a SECRET clearance. Travel to CENTCOM AOR and other locations is possible, with responsibilities spanning planning, upgrades, and incident

Qualifications

Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas.
COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements as per DoD and Air Force manuals.
Current DoD IAT Level 1+ or SEC+ certification with Voice/Video Network Certification; Cisco certification preferred.

Responsabilités

Provide information operation support, including server/workstation/network OS maintenance.
Provide MARCENT CLASSIFIED and UNCLASSIFIED data helpdesk support.
Manage storage, network, voice/video hardware/software and ensure integrity of software/services.
Plan, schedule, test, and coordinate upgrades; track service dependencies.
Coordinate with MCCOG and CENTCOM J6 to maintain and troubleshoot outages.
Escalate and resolve service and security issues for MARCENT.
Write and maintain system docs and SOPs.
Provide professional helpdesk support and clearly communicate ticket status.
Work core hours 0600–1800 Mon–Fri (excluding Federal Holidays).
All contractors must hold DoD IAT Level 1+ or SEC+ and CISCO Voice/Video and MS OS certs.
