Lukos seeks a Manpower Analyst to support MARCENT G-1 at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL, under a five-year contract. The role requires expertise in USMC manpower policies and related systems, and the ability to travel internationally for CENTCOM AOR deployments.

You will provide operational manpower support, advisory services on reporting, and integration of USMC processes with COCOM structures. A TS/SCI clearance is required or in adjudication.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas.
• Must be able to meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements available under the OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01 and Air Force Manual 17-1301.
• Must be able to complete an in-scope (per current DoD 6-year reinvestigation requirement), favorable, ST5 investigation (to include SBPR, PPR, T5R, or current enrollment in the DoD Continuous Evaluation (CE) / Continuous Vetting (CV) program), adjudicated for SCI eligibility by the DoD Central Adjudication Facility (DoD CAF) without conditions, exceptions, or waivers at the time of performance and must maintain the level of security required for the life of the contract
• Degree in information science, operations research, or data science preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide Operational Manpower support to MARCENT G-1 Operational Manpower Office
• Provide advisory services on manpower reporting
• Provide operational manpower utilization and daily status of manpower sourcing
• Provide selection support for all operational organizations within the CENTCOM AOR
• Integrate USMC processes/procedures with COCOM/CJTF manpower management, personnel reporting, and sustainment architecture
• Conduct reviews of Operational and Contingency plans (at the TS/SCI classification level)
• Identify manpower equities as well as develop manpower supportability estimates
