Lukos is seeking a Command and Control Systems Training Analyst to support MARCENT at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. The role focuses on training staff in C2 displays and decision-support tools, with emphasis on security, readiness, and contingency operations.

The candidate should hold a TS/SCI clearance and DoD/SEC+ certifications, with travel as needed to CONUS/OCONUS locations. This is a full-time, on-site position at MARCENT, Tampa.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of effective use of Command and Control (C2) systems.
• Ability to visualize information displays and train staff on C2 platforms.
• Proficiency in written and oral presentations.
• Experience training the trainer methodologies for MARCENT staff.
• Minimum five years of military experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide training and platform techniques for C2 displays supporting commander decision-making.
• Assist in development of business rules for command systems.
• Deliver remote and hands-on training sessions.
• Conduct individual and small group presentations on system modifications.
• Lead scripted rehearsals/battle drills to maximize system effectiveness in exercises or contingencies.
• Maintain currency with emergent C2 developments and best practices.
