Growe Talents is seeking an influencer marketing specialist to develop and execute influencer strategies, engaging creators across Asia and managing campaigns from concept to publication.

Based in France (Grand Est, Reims), you will monitor performance, report insights, and optimize budgets using Google Workspace and modern digital tools. The role demands 2–3 years in influencer marketing and strong English skills, with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing or related digital marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer trends on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
• Proficient with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers across Asia on multiple platforms.
• Plan and manage influencer campaigns from concept to execution: briefs, scripts, approvals, publishing control.

• Plan and manage influencer campaigns from concept to execution: brief creation, technical tasks, script development, content approval, and publishing control;
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights;
• Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify new trends, emerging platforms, and influencer opportunities;
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing or related digital marketing roles;
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer trends in YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other social media;
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies;
• Good knowledge of core digital marketing metrics;
• Proficient in using influencer marketing tools and platforms;
• Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive);
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken).
