Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital, social & influencer marketing with multiple client portfolios.
• Strong in strategic planning, insights & performance measurement.
• Expert in influencer marketing, production strategy & campaign measurement.
• Leads high-level client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Drives revenue growth and account expansion through strategic recommendations.
• Coaches and develops teams to meet client expectations.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms and cross-channel integration.
• Familiar with Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics certifications a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for key clients, aligning goals and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities across accounts with CSLs and internal teams.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and account vision setting.
• Oversee end-to-end campaigns across influencer, social, production, events.
• Lead creator communications for Macro & Mega tiers, ensure talent management.
• Manage campaign pacing, KPIs, optimization and program success.
• Drive elevated storytelling, insights and analytics for client impact.
• Lead BI measurement kickoff and wrap-report workflow with CSL.
• Coach and develop Account Supervisors and Managers.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Creative, Finance, and BI.
